Miscellaneous sprites added in, and credits list added to first post

Hi everyone, I added in all the sprites I might need for the game, such as those for the tomes, pause, jump, action and direction buttons, exit,

left, right and blank signboards, backgrounds, heart icons and pressure buttons.

Also, I noticed that I hadn't kept a log of where I got my sprites from, so I added in a comments section at the top of my event sheet that
explains where I got each set of sprites from :)
