Oh dear, some fixes needed :o

Hmm, after my nephew played through the game (as did I, and barely being able to finish it), I had forgotten to enable the text at the beginning, and will need to lengthen the Ball & Chain as well as make the Ziggs' collision box a lot bigger. The new update should be up over the next few days :)
